Please read these terms and conditions carefully before sending us your phone(s). You should understand that by submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. In confirming your sale to money4mobiles.co.nz you will need to tick the box indicating that you have read and accept these terms and conditions. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to place a sale via our site.
We recommend you take note of your IMEI number as a further reference for your sales order. Your IMEI number can be found at the back of your phone under the battery or by typing in *#06# (It is a 15 digit numbers only field).
money4mobiles.co.nz recommends completing the registration option to our site. The reason for this is so our system will recognize you should you be a repeat customer. Additionally, the registration process allows money4mobiles.co.nz to data capture information which we use to look to make improvements to our site for our customers. Please refer to privacy statement in relation to personal data.
Your Device
Devices sold to money4mobiles.co.nz should match the make and model stated when registering your order. money4mobiles.co.nz values and grades all phones received based on our grading system ranging from an A Grade to a D Grade phone.
Even if you do not have an A Grade phone, please send it to us anyway as it will have an environmental value and avoid clogging up the landfill!
Please note that to achieve an "A Grade Value" of the product listed on the website the device must:
1. Turn on and off.
2. Must be fully functional and complete.
3. The screen must be working and intact.
4. Not be physically damaged or liquid damaged.
5. Be original and meet the manufacturer’s original specifications.
Note: Any mobile phones that are received via money4mobiles.co.nz and cannot be reused will be recycled in the most environmentally efficient manner.
Note: Under no circumstances is money4mobiles.co.nz able to return your product.
Pricing
Prices offered on our website are subject to change at any time without notice. When your sales order has been placed, the prices quoted are guaranteed for 7 days. If your phones are received after 7 days from the 'order accepted date' then the up-dated current prices may apply.
If the mobile(s) received differs to the handset(s) registered on-line, the order will be processed based on the handset(s) received, not the handset(s) registered. money4mobiles.co.nz will have the final decision on all mobile phone values.
Payment
When money4mobiles.co.nz receives your order, we will check that it is complete, and that it meets our terms and conditions. Providing it does, we will action payment within 5 working days.
Note: Payment can only be made to the name and bank details provided upon order acceptance.
Note: Onus is on the seller to provide accurate banking details. The user must enter banking details for each individual order as money4mobiles.co.nz does not retain this information.
Note: All prices quoted are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Postage
Please note that we do not send out envelopes or bags as this slows down how quickly we can process your payment. Instead we provide a FreePost Mailing address.
Please complete your order online before sending your mobile phones.
Please ensure that you remove the battery and wrap it separately before sending it back to us(excepting IPhones). Remember to keep your SIM card as we can't return any phones or SIM cards once they are returned.
Print your order sheet or write your order number, name, email address and telephone number clearly on a piece of paper and include this with your shipment.
Then, simply take your phone into any Post Shop, obtain a bubble envelope or bubble bag and place your order sheet, phone (we do not require chargers, boxes or any other accessories) and battery in the envelope or bag. Then write the address below on the package and send it to us:

If you have a large quantity of phones to send in, fantastic! Simply package them in a box and download a Freepost Label, stick it on the box and take it to your local Post Shop.
Please ensure that you are happy to send the phone(s) to us and that it is within your rights to do so. Unfortunately money4mobiles.co.nz cannot return mobiles. money4mobiles.co.nz will not be held responsible for any units that have been lost or damaged in transit or any discrepancy in the amount received compared to the amount entered into the money4mobiles.co.nz website. Further, money4mobiles.co.nz will only pay for the units physically received, not for the amount of units that have been data entered via the money4mobiles.co.nz site.
The Seller Warrants
By selling your product through our site, the seller warrants that:
1. The product has been purchased from either Australia or New Zealand or used on either the Australian or New Zealand networks; and
2. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; and
3. You are legally entitled to sell the product that you have represented on our website or...
4. If you are under 18 years of age, that you have obtained your parent’s or guardian’s consent to sell your phone to us. You and your parents or guardians release us of any liabilities or claims that may arise if you send the phone to us in breach of this warranty.
5. You will send the product to be received at money4mobiles.co.nz within 60 days or the order will be cancelled.
The Purchaser Warrants
All purchased products will be exported from the country sourced.
Prior to Sending
1. You are responsible for cancelling any airtime contract linked to each handset. We are not responsible for any call costs arising before, or after receipt of your handset, or arising from any other circumstances whatsoever.
2. Please remove any phone locks that require a pin code and please remove SIM cards before sending us your mobile. Any SIM cards/data cards received by us will be destroyed, and so obviously cannot be returned (we will dispose of them appropriately). We accept no liability in the event that any phone that has been sent with its SIM card is lost and charges are then incurred. You shall continue to be responsible for such charges.
3. Please ensure all personal data is removed from handsets before sending them to money4mobiles.co.nz. This includes but is not limited to all personal details, SMS, photos, videos, games, songs or other data. money4mobiles.co.nz will not accept responsibility for the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data. By sending your mobile phone to us you agree to release us from all and any losses, claims or damages with respect to the data enclosed or stored therein or on any media used in conjunction with the mobile phone.
4. Please transfer any contact phone numbers within the phone memory to your SIM card or another phone prior to sending the phone to us.
Status Descriptions
· Not Processed - Order has not processed beyond accepted point.
· Order Cancelled - Order cancelled due to non receipt beyond 60 days.
· In Process - Order has been accepted within website but not received by money4mobiles.co.nz
· Despatched - Seller has entered freight information into website.
· Received - Product has been received by money4mobiles.co.nz
· Payment Actioned - Bank transfer has been actioned.
